TRICARE Reserve Select
TRICARE Reserve Select is a premium-based health plan that National Guard/Reserve members who qualify may purchase.
Your National Guard/Reserve unit personnel office will determine if you and your family qualify for TRICARE Reserve Select and identify your premium tier. To see if you qualify, contact your unit personnel officer or your service branch point-of-contact (POC). To access a list of service POC’s online, please click HERE.
All providers in the Liberty Homeland Support Network are TRICARE approved.
Coverage
- Member-only or family plans available
- Access care from any TRICARE authorized provider or hospital
- Access military treatment facility (MTF) care on a space-available basis
- Prescription drug coverage including MTF, mail order, network and non-network pharmacy options
Two-Step Process
- Qualification
- Contact your unit personnel office immediately to determine your TRICARE Reserve Select premium tier (three options available)
- Purchase TRICARE Reserve Select
- Submit a completed request form along with your tier’s first month premium payment to your regional contractor
